Product data operations for fastener distributors

Get the blocked fastener rows published.

We repair the finite batch stuck between supplier data and your ecommerce, ERP, PIM, or marketplace schema—without turning it into a software project.

  • No PIM migration
  • No guessed specifications

Required fields keep failing

02

Supplier terms do not match your schema

03

Rows stay unpublished during a launch

04

Your team is patching the same problems by hand

A bounded repair, not a transformation program

One batch. One schema.
A clean handoff.

01

Scope the actual blocker

You provide a redacted sample, destination rules, error report, and source documents you are authorized to use.

02

Repair only what sources support

Values are normalized, mapped, and checked. Conflicts and missing facts are preserved as exceptions—not quietly filled in.

03

Return a reviewable file

You receive destination-ready rows, source references, validation results, and a separate decision queue.

What changes

Messy in.
Controlled out.

The goal is not “complete every cell.” The goal is a file your team can trust: source-supported values released, unknowns clearly separated, and every important change reviewable.

The ruleIf a technical value has no allowed source, it stays blank.

The handoff

Useful files, not a 40-slide roadmap.

01

Import-ready file

Records returned in the destination schema you provide.

02

Field-level source trail

Technical values tied to an allowed document, page, cell, or URL.

03

Explicit exception queue

Unknown and conflicting fields separated for human review.

04

Validation report

Required fields, allowed values, units, identifiers, and duplicates checked.

Open pricing

Pick the size of the blocked batch.

Fixed prices for standard, source-supported fastener repair. Every package returns an import-ready file, a field-level source trail, an exception queue, and validation results. A free fast fit check confirms the package and scope before you pay.

Paid diagnostic

25-row diagnostic

$495

Test 25 representative rows against your schema and authorized sources. Receive repaired sample rows, a source trail, exceptions, validation results, and package confirmation.

The fit check is free. The $495 diagnostic is fully credited to a batch purchased within 14 days.

Shared scope

Customer-authorized sources, one supplied destination schema, and a named reviewer are required. Unsupported values remain blank. Additional schemas, unrelated families, OCR-heavy sources, rush work, or exception rates above 20% are re-scoped in writing.

Hard boundaries

Data repair is not engineering.

This service is deliberately narrow. That protects your catalog, your customer, and the people approving the file.

×

No invented grade, standard, material, finish, origin, dimensions, load, or suitability claims.

×

No product selection, certification, or application advice.

×

No aerospace, structural, load-rated, medical, nuclear, automotive-safety, pressure-boundary, or custom-engineered products.

×

No live import. Your reviewer approves the output before downstream use.

Before you send a file

Common questions.

Is the fast fit check free?

Yes. The fast fit check is a free scope check using three non-confidential details: destination, approximate batch size, and one redacted error example. It confirms whether the batch fits a published package. It does not include repaired rows or file processing.

Why pay for this if our team can fix rows manually?

For a handful of rows, you probably should fix them internally. This service is for a finite batch large or urgent enough that mapping, source checks, exceptions, and QA are consuming launch capacity. You receive a controlled handoff, not just edited cells.

Will you fill every missing specification?

No. We repair only what your authorized sources support. Missing or conflicting technical values remain blank and are placed in the exception queue for your reviewer.

How is payment handled?

Payment is by ACH. Banking instructions appear only on the private invoice. Work begins after payment confirmation and accepted intake.

When does the turnaround clock start?

After ACH confirmation, accepted intake, the destination schema, all agreed sources, and a named reviewer are in place. Customer review delays pause the target.

What happens if the file is more complex than the package?

The diagnostic catches most scope issues before the batch starts. If a new schema, unrelated product family, larger field set, poor-quality source, or higher exception rate appears later, work pauses and you receive a written change order before additional charges.

Free fast fit check

Does your batch qualify?

Start with three non-confidential details. You will get a yes/no scope decision before any file transfer or payment. No repair work is performed during the free fit check.
